In 2021 Ilmarinen celebrated its 60 year old journey as a pension company and working life partner. During that year the project Miellään töissä was born. It searches and brings out ways how young people themselves, educational institutions and companies can support the transition to working life.

Being able to work part-time concerns almost every Finn at some point in life. Our goal is to increase information about the employment of people with partial work ability.
