When you want to authorise another person to take care of your pension matters, you must submit a power of attorney to us. Follow these steps:
- Print out and fill in this power of attorney (PDF). Remember to sign the power of attorney
- Scan or take a readable photo of the power of attorney
- Send it to us through the MyPension service’s ’Send a message’ feature.
If you do not have Finnish online banking credentials, you can have access to our services without logging in by sending a secure message to our customer service. Select “Foreign pension matters” as the subject of the message. Send a secure message here.
If you are unable to use electronic services, you can give the authorisation orally in our customer service. In that case, the authorisation is usually a one-time authorisation, which only covers the matter discussed during the phone call in question. See the customer service’s contact information.
