Corporate Governance Statement

We draw up an annual Corporate Governance Statement in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code’s reporting period and we release it separately from the Report on Operations. We voluntarily comply with the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies as applicable to the operations of an earnings-related pension insurance company. The Corporate Governance Code is available on the Securities Market Association’s website www.cgfinland.fi.
